Refund Policy

Dean Knoote Diamonds warrants that the products received by us will be of satisfactory quality and as stated on the grading certificate.

Dean Knoote Diamonds shall be under no liability to the customer for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims in respect of any defect arising from wilful damage, negligence, misuse or alteration of products without consulting us or for products not manufactured by Dean Knoote Diamonds.

You will become the owner of the products purchased once they have been delivered and paid for. Once the products are in your care they will be held at your own risk and we shall not be liable for their loss or damages. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, the products delivered to you are incomplete or you have received incorrect products we shall rectify the problem by offering you an alternative product at the same cost value as the returned product. We don’t give payment refunds.
